GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
As global marketing lead at the ELAUT Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective branding strategy for the group of companies (ELAUT, Benchmark Games International, Coast to Coast Entertainment with offices in Belgium, USA, Germany and Spain). You will assemble the package (video, image, manual, ed) for each new product. This way, we support our distributors/customers for optimal sales and maximum ROI.
You draw up launch campaigns for our products, including testing on location, shows, website, trade magazines, social platforms, etc.
You work in close contact with the product and sales managers of the different companies and provide support so each subsidiary and distributor can bring a unified message in a market-specific way.
Your challenge
- Ensuring ELAUT Group stays top of mind when purchasing decisions are made (on- and offline) This by,
- Getting our overarching message into the minds of any arcade game employee, owner and distributor: “ELAUT stands for quality and innovation”, “we should invest in the best”.
- Ensuring the creation of content (pics, video…) for our subsidiaries and distributors to promote our products.
- Taking the lead towards the sales managers on product launches, testing, pricing strategy and reporting.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Developing a marketing plan in line with company culture and our brands. This focussed on 3 areas
- Building awareness of new products.
- Social Proof. As new installations are happening at well-known facilities, showing the installations of our new products.
- Innovation and Quality
- Ensuring the creation of content for various online and offline channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, brochures, one-pagers and the websites)
- Ensuring the websites are up-to-date and generating traffic (SEO) in collaboration with 3rd parties (www.elaut-group.com, www.elaut.com, www.elaut-amusement.com, www.elaut-gaming.com, www.benchmarkgames.com, www.coasttocoastcranes.com, shop.elaut.be, www.shopelautusa.com, and www.livecadia.com)
- Meeting monthly with the spare parts manager regarding sales actions on our web shop
- Extracting KPIs and dashboard from our CRM package to further activate sales growth
- Collaborating with internal teams (such as Production and Sales) to ensure that our marketing actions are seamlessly aligned with our overall business goals
- Keeping up to date with trends and developments in marketing, social media and entertainment to stay up-to-date.
- Working closely with all sales managers of the different ELAUT branches and reporting to the CEO of Elaut Belgium
- After fairs and visits, following up on sales leads if there is no clear sales manager for that region.
Hard skills
- Master's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in on- and offline marketing
- Fluency in Dutch and English; Spanish, French, and German are a plus
- Proficiency in software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, After Effects, and MS Office
- Knowledge of SEO and UX/UI design is a plus
- Ability to create nice videos, visuals, stories, etc., and to take and edit photos
- Understanding of the amusement park and arcade industry is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Ability to independently identify areas for improvement and consult with management
- Willingness to travel to branches, large customers, and distributors regularly
