About the role:
For our R&D team, we are looking for an Electronics Engineer with a strong hands-on mindset. You will contribute to the design, realization, testing and optimization of electronic systems and prototypes.
You feel comfortable both at the workbench and behind the computer, and you get satisfaction from getting hardware to work in practice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept to prototype and effortlessly translating theory into practical solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and digital circuits
- Develop, build and test prototypes
- Draw schematics and design PCBs (single- and multi-layer)
- Perform measurements, analyze faults and implement solutions
- Document designs, test results and technical decisions
- Collaborate with colleagues from engineering, production and R&D
- Actively think along about improvements and optimizations
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics-ICT, or equivalent through experience
- Strong practical, hands-on attitude
- Experience with full electronic design flow (schematics → PCB → testing)
- Knowledge of measurement and test equipment
- Basic knowledge of embedded software
- Accurate, eager to learn and problem-solving mindset
- Communicative and comfortable working in a team
- Languages: Dutch and English
Your technical expertise
- Design tools: PCB design software (e.g. Altium Designer)
- Electrical schematics and wiring (RapidHarness is a plus)
- Experience with IoT, embedded systems or industrial electronics is an asset
- Knowledge of safety standards (BA4, VCA) is a plus
- Effective use of AI tools
