Elaut Group USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are reliable and committed, and have experience with warehousing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation, this is the position for you! We are a busy manufacturing arcade/redemption industry located in Lake Worth Beach. Position is Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with possibility of required overtime as needed.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for filling orders, picking, packing, and shipping products to customers as assigned, receiving, verifying counts, inspecting, and storing materials. Positions in the warehouse are responsible for the efficient use of the organization's facilities.

Reports to: Shipping Director

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately pulling product and shipping.
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring proper rotation.
• Adhere to good warehousing/distribution practices and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack.
• Must be able to repetitively lift heavy objects, and spend most of the time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to quickly learn about the company’s products; identify product by size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Ability to take initiative and work without being told to.
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must be detail oriented and dependable.

Experience:

• Pallet Jack: 1 year (Preferred).
• Forklift operator: 1 year (Preferred).
• Warehouse: 2 year (Must).
• Packaging and Shipping: 1 year.
